The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience much more enjoyable, particularly during a stressful morning when transportation fell through. The hotel's ski-in and ski-out convenience is a major bonus, complemented by a well-equipped ski-room. the room felt quite small, and the lack of blinds on one window led to early morning light disruptions. Breakfast was fantastic, featuring a great selection ideal for skiers, but the spa service was underwhelming, with slow and disorganized staff.

I was deeply disappointed with the restaurant's food quality. it was very average at best. Not to mention, I couldn’t believe I had to pay for parking even though the lot was nearly empty in the off-season. The bathroom design posed a real inconvenience, especially for taller individuals, making it a frustrating experience every time I needed to use it.
